Hoʻoponopono is a traditional Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, to make right. The Hawaiian word translates into English simply as correction, with the synonyms manage or supervise. Similar forgiveness practices are performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand.
Use this helps you spray to set things right by acknowledging one's responsibility for having caused wrong, seeking forgiveness and love, finally expressing gratitude. The traditional mantra translates to Thank you. I love you. Please forgive me. I forgive you. Let’s forgive ourselves.
